At Mayfield Sixth Form Centre, we are proud to be part of the wider Mayfield School community. Whilst our provision is specifically designed for young adults aged 16-19, we remain committed to the same values, aspirations and high expectations that underpin everything we do across both sites, and we remain one school.
Our Sixth Form Centre provides a bridge between education and adulthood. We recognise that every young person follows a unique pathway, and our curriculum is designed to support students to develop the knowledge, skills, confidence and independence they need for life beyond school.
We believe that success looks different for every student. For some, this may mean progressing into further education, supported employment or volunteering. For others, it may mean developing communication skills, independence, friendships and community participation. Whatever the destination, we work alongside students and families to ensure each young person achieves their fullest potential.
Through personalised learning, real-life experiences, meaningful accreditation and Preparation for Adulthood opportunities, we empower students to become confident, valued and active members of their communities.
